Finance Manager
Location: King s Cross London (Hybrid 3 days inoffice per week)

Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a dynamic and rewarding role Our client a leading firm in their industry is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their Finance Department and oversee a small team and highly collaborative team. You will:

Who We re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant UKbased finance experience.
- Qualifications: Fully or partqualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
- Skills: Strong leadership analytical and financial management abilities.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Xero (or similar package) and Microsoft Office (Excel at an intermediate level).
- Right to Work: Only applicants with the right to work in the UK will be considered who have gained considerable UK experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finance team ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Manage financial reporting including preparation of monthly reports and quarterly management accounts.
- Assist in setting the annual budget and monitor financial performance.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations including VAT returns.
- Conduct credit control and manage cash flow banking and capital expenditure.
- Provide financial insights to Directors and the Head of Finance & Operations.
- Oversee workinprogress reports to assess project financial performance.
- Ensure timely rent collections and lease/license management for tenants.
- Support adhoc financial projects and continuous process improvements.
