Junior Accountant assists in managing financial records preparing reports and conducting reconciliations focusing on tasks like data entry maintaining ledgers and supporting senior accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records.
Entering financial transactions into accounting software.
Posting and processing journal entries.
Maintaining accounts receivable and payable.
Reconciling bank accounts.
Assisting with monthend and yearend closing procedures.
Financial Reporting:
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements (e.g. income statements balance sheets).

Assisting with audits.
Resolving discrepancies and errors in financial records.
