Overview
The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in guiding teams towards success in Agile practices while ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce solutions. As a facilitator the Scrum Master is responsible for fostering an environment of collaboration continuous improvement and high performance among crossfunctional teams. In this role you will lead Scrum ceremonies help remove impediments and support the product owner in managing the product backlog. Your expertise in overseeing sprints and releases is critical for aligning the team with the organizations objectives. The successful candidate will be adaptable have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities to drive team efficiency. By promoting the Scrum framework you empower teams to deliver highquality products swiftly thereby maximizing the value delivered to customers. Ultimately the Scrum Master acts as a servantleader championing a culture of agility and resilience within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily standups sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Guide the team in applying Agile practices and principles.
- Work closely with the product owner to maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Monitor team performance using metrics and findings from retrospectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize team efficiency.
- Encourage collaboration among team members and with stakeholders.
- Provide coaching to team members on Agile methodologies.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum values and principles.
- Resolve conflicts within the team in a constructive manner.
- Coordinate with crossdepartmental teams to ensure alignment.
- Track progress and report on team performance to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to enhance team dynamics and performance.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends to implement best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks specifically Scrum.
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking team performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
