SAP LMSPMGM
Resource responsibility includes interacting with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements on marking critical data elements suggesting data quality rules identifying business glossary and providing recommendations to the client.
Responsibilities:
Successfully implement SuccessFactors LMS for customers following our prescribed methodology
Facilitating workshops to identify requirements documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer.
Configuration of solutions user acceptance testing support deploy and release to production environment.
Consulting customers on industry specific features and system processes and procedures.
Work closely with Project Managers Implementation Consultants and customers and communicate project goals updates and required tasks.
Recommend and provide industry best practices solutions.
You will be required to work with and present to key stakeholders articulating technical components in a nontechnical manner.
Provide significant transfer of SuccessFactors product knowledge to SuccessFactors customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Technical / IT with minimum 5 years experience in SF LMS.
Certified in SF LMS
Experience with working in a LMS
Experience with working with clients
Broad technical knowledge and a desire to learn is a must
Demonstrate strong communication/consulting skills written and verbal English (internal and external facing)
Proven ability to identify and translate requirements into working solutions
Experience with implementation of other SF modules is an added value qualification
Flexible work schedule to accommodate working with customers and colleagues in multiple time zones
Solid interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers
Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
Ability to collaborate with clients identify engagement followon opportunities and have a strong desire to excel
Experience with and desire to manage a team would be a great addition
