Job Description
Job Title: Digital Trust and Safety Specialist (French and English) Content Moderation)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (OnSite)
Contract Duration: 4 Weeks
Working Hours: 8 hours/day MondaySunday (flexible shifts)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. This role involves moderating and reviewing content and advertisements posted on digital platforms. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the content adheres to platform guidelines ensuring a safe and secure online environment for users. The work may include moderating content that could potentially involve violence hate speech or other sensitive materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Moderate digital content and ads ensuring compliance with company and platform guidelines.

Review content for potential violations including violence hate speech and harmful material.

Make decisions based on content policies and escalate complex issues as needed.

Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and content safety policies.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure content safety standards are met.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of content moderation decisions.
Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines accurately.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a focus on maintaining content safety.

Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and report issues.

Experience in content moderation or trust and safety roles is a plus but not required.

Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability to handle diverse content issues.
Compensation:
-
Salary: 2900 BGN (Bulgarian Lev) for the contract duration.

Rental Allowance: 300 BGN per month (to assist with rent which typically ranges from 250 to 400 EUR depending on the location).

Flight Reimbursement: 150 BGN (flight expenses reimbursed available upon arrival or with the first salary).

Relocation Support: Real estate administration assistance for finding accommodation.
