Role Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Client Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and clients ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend implementation process for client onboarding ensuring seamless integration of services.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements define project scope and create tailored implementation plans.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Product Support Sales) to ensure deliverables align with client needs and timelines.
Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to equip clients with the knowledge to maximize the use of our solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues promptly and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and share feedback with the team.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field a plus.
2 years of experience in client implementation project management or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Familiarity with implementation/project management tools (e.g. JIRA Asana Trello).
Technical proficiency or experience working with software solutions (preferred).
