Customer Support Agent (Dutch Speakers)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Resolve issues related to the companys products or services with efficiency and clarity.
- Provide product information troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Continuously update your knowledge of company policies products and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stay calm and handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
