Job Description
As Marketplace Operations Senior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend operations of Fevers Marketplace. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize performance drive growth and ensure operational excellence. This leadership role requires strategic thinking a visionary approach and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams towards achieving our ambitious goals.
About The Role:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the companys overall objectives and drive Marketplace performance growth.
- Team Management: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming marketplace operations team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency scalability and the highest quality of service delivery.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management Product Engineering Sales and Operations teams to align Marketplace Operations with broader company initiatives.
About You:
- Experience: 6 years in a related role or strategy consulting background.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute longterm strategies while managing daytoday operations.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Preferred: Experience scaling optimizing and automating operations in a highgrowth company is highly desirable.
