Job Description

  1. Leadership and Strategy
    • Lead the newsroom rhythm ensuring timely and impactful content creation.
    • Develop and drive the content strategy across both brands focusing on quality consistency and brand alignment.
    • Serve as an ambassador for the companys CVP and content framework ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Lead an onshore and offshore team partner with agency and internal stakeholders and leverage AI/LLMs to scale content creation in a strategic and responsible way.
  2. Content Creation and Collaboration
    • Write and oversee all written content types including advertising copy journeys/CRM (Emails SMS notifications etc. product landing pages and SEOinformed blog articles ensuring a cohesive and sharp brand voice.
    • Collaborate deeply with the SEO Manager to integrate keyword insights and onpage best practices maintaining a balanced contentfirst approach to win the search and and AI summaries game.
    • Ensure that all site content is accurate consistent and onbrand maintaining a distinctive tone of voice for our brands.
  3. AIDriven Content Scaling
    • Champion the use of AI and LLMs to enhance the speed and efficiency of content production ensuring human oversight and quality remain paramount.
    • Establish frameworks and processes so your team can quickly adapt AIgenerated content making it marketready while preserving creativity and brand authenticity.
  4. Content Management and Optimization
    • Build and maintain the content calendar across key channels to meet campaign deadlines and support broader business objectives.
    • Own the development of a content governance system maintaining and optimizing older web pages for continued relevance and performance.
    • Manage daytoday content operations including pagelevel creation formatting editing testing and optimization on the companys CMS.
  5. CrossFunctional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with Brand Journeys Creative Product Design and Distribution to develop pages journeys and features that are onbrand engaging and informed by data.
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align content plans with marketing strategies product launches and broader organisational priorities.
  6. Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Track and report on key performance metrics related to content engagement organic traffic (in partnership with the SEO Manager) and conversion.
    • Use datadriven insights to continuously refine and improve the content strategy ensuring it meets business objectives and drives growth.

Qualifications :

  • 8 years of experience in content strategy and and advertising copywriting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research onpage optimization) with the ability to partner effectively with an inhouse SEO Manager.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of content writers with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Comfort and expertise in using AI/LLMs to scale content creation while preserving brand authenticity.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and strategy refinement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
