Job Description
JC Aircraft Maintenance (JCAM) is one of Ryanairs Engineering company providers supporting in both Line and Heavy Maintenance in Spain Portugal Morocco and France (SPMF) since 2010.
We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrative to join a team of highly skilled staff with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 600 aircraft for one of the worlds largest and most successful airlines.
The primary role of the IT Desktop Support is to ensure that employees can efficiently use computer systems software and hardware without disruptions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues for endusers.
- Setting up computers peripherals and software applications based on company standards.
- Performing routine system updates patches and preventive maintenance.
- Keeping track of IT equipment including computers printers and accessories.
- Logging and managing support tickets through an IT service management (ITSM) system.
- Assisting users remotely via phone email or remote desktop software.
- Implementing security measures managing access control and ensuring data protection policies are followed.
Requirements
- Experience in remote PC fault diagnosis/troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PC hardware
- Knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Windows 7/10/11 Office 365 Virtual Apps Printing Symantec Antivirus & Encryption VPN WDS SCCM ServiceNow Jira.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- 1 year hand on desktop support experience in a busy IT environment
- A valid EU/EEA passport.
