Job Description
Introduction
Maintenance Technicians
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing systems including hydraulic pneumatic electric and mechanical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance repair and rebuilds to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
- Optimize machine performance through troubleshooting and advanced problemsolving techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance machinery performance increase product yield and ensure highquality output.
- Participate in machinery startups shutdowns and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety standards.
- Use your technical knowledge to provide feedback and suggest improvements for ongoing operations.
- Ensure exemplary housekeeping and maintain a safe clean work environment.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical electrical and control logic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance with handson experience working on highspeed manufacturing equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to the teams success.
- Flexibility to work shifts when needed and availability for 1st 2nd or 3rd shifts as required.
- Degree in a technical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Forklift certification preferred; OSHA 30 certification is required within 3 months of hire.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fastpaced nonclimatecontrolled environment.
