Job Summary
The Executive Assistant is a fulltime position with responsibility for coordinating all activities related to Foundation Board and Committees service; providing support to the Executive Director and managing administrative functions for the Team; facilitating the process for key programs including internal grants and emergency fund; planning and executing cultivation stewardship recognition and special events. The Executive Assistant will also provide support to the Vice President of Professional Services and the Professional Services Division.
