Our Hub Assistants provide a high standard of customer service assistance and advice across a wide range of enquiries helping current and prospective students to successfully navigate aspects of their student journey at the University of Auckland. Our team of Hub Assistants operate in a frontfacing role being the first point of contact for our services

We are looking for 4 highly motivated individuals to join our team of Hub Assistants who:

Vacancy 1: 8AM 4PM TuesdayFriday.
Vacancy 2: 2PM 8PM FridaySunday and 2 PM 10 PM Monday.
Vacancy 3: 2PM 10PM Thursday and 2PM 8PM FridaySunday
Vacancy 4: 10AM 6PM Monday Wednesday Saturday Sunday
All vacancies are permanent roles based at our City Campus Student Hub. The salary range for this role is $50700 $55000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Our Recruitment Process
We are conducting a volume recruitment process that includes a group activity and individual interviews. Both parts of the recruitment process will take place on Monday 14 April 2025 (Group 1: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM Group 2: 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend the group interview on this day.
The start date for all roles will be Monday 19 May 2025 and there will be a twoweek induction & training programme primarily based at the City Campus.
