Job Description

Overview
The TeleCaller position within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team plays a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and driving sales. As the first point of contact for clients TeleCallers effectively communicate product benefits handle inquiries and provide support ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role is fundamental to our sales strategy contributing positively to revenue generation. TeleCallers are expected to develop a deep understanding of our products and services while applying effective sales techniques to meet targets. Adept at navigating various communication channels they must exhibit professionalism and empathy in all interactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment demonstrating resilience and adaptability to meet dynamic client needs while also contributing to team goals and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
  • Deliver product presentations and pitch services effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide detailed reports of customer feedback and market trends.
  • Resolve common customer issues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize call strategies.
  • Utilize scripts effectively while maintaining a personal touch.
  • Adapt communication style to fit customer needs.
  • Promote and upsell relevant products and services.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and dynamically prioritize tasks.
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends.
  • Sales or customer service certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication products is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
  • Positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
