Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Specialist to join our team with
excellent communication skills. The role involves driving sales operations
across Vadodara engaging with clients and providing tailored smart automation
solutions. This position offers flexibility with opportunities for both onsite (office
based) and field sales work.
Job Details:
Type of Role: Onsite and Field Sales (both options available)
Location: Pan India
Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday 2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable automation products.
Drive sales operations and expand market reach across Pan India.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and client
acquisition.
Conduct product demonstrations prepare proposals and negotiate pricing.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and
.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and
repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a targetdriven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for field sales as required.
