Your time will be invested in

Talent Acquisition Recruitment & Campus Hiring

Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.

Develop strategic hiring plans to meet organizational needs.

Foster relationships with universities and colleges to strengthen campus hiring initiatives.

Plan and execute campus recruitment drives job fairs and other talent acquisition events.

Build a robust talent pipeline by leveraging job boards social media and innovative sourcing techniques.

HR Operations & Engagement

Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement and wellbeing programs.

Collaborate on HR policies performance management processes and learning & development activities.

Provide general support to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to crossfunctional HR projects.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.

What we want you to have

• 24 years of proven experience in talent acquisition with campus hiring experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problemsolver with a passion for HR and people management.

What is a plus to have

• Ability to analyze hiring data and metrics to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively close offers and ensure mutual satisfaction between candidates and the organization.
• Familiarity with using HR tech tools or AIdriven recruitment solutions to improve efficiency.
• Strong professional network with connections in the HR and recruitment space or with key campus placement coordinators
