This research is for Green Energy Division.
Role > With proven experience in implementing operational excellence methodologies and practices in complex project environments within the energy sector He/She will be responsible for leading strategic Design to Value Procurement and Operational Excellence Programs significantly contributing to the company’s competitiveness and sustainable growth.
Design to Value (DTV) > Implement and lead Design to Value methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Systematically analyze costs functionalities and performance of products/solutions to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with engineering R&D and production teams to develop solutions that maximize value for both customers and the company. Balance technical economic and market requirements in design decisions. Promote a crossfunctional approach by integrating customer requirements cost analysis and technical constraints/opportunities.
Procurement > Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve quality. Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers of critical components for energy projects. Optimize the supply chain with a focus on sustainability resilience and competitiveness. Implement advanced supplier performance monitoring systems. Identify and develop longterm strategic partnerships with innovative suppliers.
Operational Excellence Programs> Lead cost reduction programs through structured methodologies (Lean Six Sigma etc.. Identify quantify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Develop KPIs and performance measurement systems. Foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization. Manage operational transformation projects with crossfunctional teams.
Requisites > 810 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence roles. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Energy Industrial or related fields). Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Project Management or Supply Chain Management are a plus. Strong knowledge of product/plant design and engineering processes. Expertise in energy process engineering with specific reference to Energy conversion and storage processes Energy balances and thermodynamic optimization Energy generation and distribution systems Energy efficiency analysis and optimization.
Languages> Italian: native English: Fluent (written and spoken); Other languages: a plus
