Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative support to project teams
- Prepare marketing materials including team portfolio brochure or team member CVs
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure efficient projects operation
- Maintain and update the project files documents database / library with high accuracy
- Assist the project teams to prepare proposal / tender submission
- Support projects financial updates
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment Subconsultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Qualifications :
- Completion of Secondary / High School Education or above
- Knowledgeable in business tools including MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Good communication organizing and problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work under pressure
- A good team player and can work well in a team
- Good command of both written and spoken English while Chinese language skills are preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred.
