This role will deliver and manage HR services at the India region. It is suitable for a highEQ diligent leaderdoer seeking the thrill of working in a fastpaced highgrowth growth leading technology organization.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver all aspects of HR services during an employees life cycle working collaboratively with a high performing HR team.
- Lead on employee relations engagement wellness and other programs to make this a great workplace.
- Maintain employee data and transactions using our Workday HR platform.
- Actively seek opportunities to build relationships partner and demonstrate the value we can deliver to our leaders.
- Execute improve and enhance the HR services we deliver to our largest market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree with at least 2 years of HR generalist/business partnering experience
- Ability to toggle between strategic planning peoplecentric design and handson operational excellence
- Excellent record of working in a fastpaced highgrowth (preferably technology) organization
- High attention to detail and data integrity with strong analytical skills including an understanding of metrics to support plans.
- Knowledge of HR Service processes and practices
- Excellent problem solving skills and excited by new challenges and handling multiple priorities
