Job Description
The Edmonton Adult Bariatric Specialty Clinic at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton Alberta is looking to hire a physician for a parttime (FTE 0.2 0.6 position in clinical obesity management beginning immediately.
EABSC is a multidisciplinary adult bariatric clinic specialized in offering uptodate conservative medical and surgical treatment options for patients living with obesity. Surgical management includes preop optimization and postop medication management. Bariatric OR assist is also an option if interested.
The ideal candidate would be certified through the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Participation in clinical training/education of medical students and residents is mandatory. Additional work in research is optional and available if there is interest.
