Video Editor

About the Job

• Will be responsible for video editing for various social media channels.
• Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Job Requirements

• Fluent Spoken and Written English as all communications will be in English
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut)
• Social Media background is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio and experienced work history.
• Meets deadlines.
• Must have experience in montage and editing.
• Must have experience in an advertising agency.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Willing to work night shifts
• you will be working from home temporarily, so you should have your own laptop and stable internet connection at home
