Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and define color material and finishing (CMF) strategies for new product designs.
Research and analyze color trends to ensure Company s products align with market demands.
Collaborate with product designers engineers and marketing teams to integrate CMF solutions into product development.
Select and source materials coatings and finishes suitable for various product categories.
Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure feasibility and quality of CMF executions.
Create and present CMF mood boards palettes and prototypes to stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging materials technologies and sustainable solutions for product innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Design Product Design Industrial Fine Arts Materials Engineering or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in CMF design preferably in product automotive or furniture design industries.
Strong knowledge of materials color theory and finishing processes.
Experience in forecasting color trends and developing innovative color schemes.
Proficiency in design and rendering software
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material feasibility.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
