Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc. (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative team member to join our Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) Team. As a Community Support Specialist you will provide essential support to adults with severe mental illness helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering services across various communitybased settings focusing on supportive counseling symptom management daily living activities social and interpersonal skills development money management and advocacy.
- Maintaining a positive attitude working well within a team and staying organized to manage caseloads effectively.
