Job Description
In your position as Reports Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team to identify and implement customer acquisition retention and growth campaigns across APAC. You must be able to meet tight deadlines and provide insightful CRM recommendations to stakeholders or the business. You will also conduct advanced data analysis and apply statistical predictive modeling techniques to build maintain and provide value to the business.
Being wellversed in marketing automation business analysis and able to gather business requirements as well as manage CRM projects is required. This role needs to be selfmotivated with the ability to drive initiatives and meet deadlines to ensure that the CRM departments vision is met on time and on target.
Lastly you should understand privacy laws and drive data collection evaluation methodologies data compilation relevancy and usage. The role will require analytical and problemsolving skills to discern a clear and accurate understanding of the information given. You must ensure the accuracy of all data and other related information.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the data analytics requirements for the business
- Generate insight into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives
- Initiate drive and support CRM activities using data
- Maintain established processes for Customer Data Management
- Maintain data integrity standards and appropriate business/commercial rules
- Provide data metrics (clarity accuracy depth and recommendations) to the business and all stakeholders
- Provide reporting support to the Key Account Management program for APAC
- Support the CRM team s data management programs through report generation
- Use SQL Server and Excel to prepare accurate marketing campaign lists and reports
- Support the management of business development activities by:
- Identifying growth crosssell upsell and retention opportunities within the database
- Preparing call lists and followup lists for business development days
- Prepare recurrent regional reports and review information on a monthly/quarterly basis such as Key Account Management report Post Placement Call report Lead Generation report etc.
- Understand the concepts of data definition integrity security availability and consistency of use
- Support the Customer Data Management process and endtoend responsibility for customer data definition integrity and availability

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is required
- Having Salesforce and SQL experience is essential
- Experience in creating reports in dashboards and Excel reports
- Ability to build reports from scratch and create complex data extensions to target niche audiences including providing additional information on reports
- Selfserving reports capability
- Ability to evolve processes and improve reporting mechanisms
- Ability to use SQL and Salesforce to review and modify existing reports (e.g. reviewing what Jez has done and making necessary modifications)
- Industry experience in business services and B2B sectors
- SQL proficiency plug and play expertise
- Strong communication skills as the candidate will need to present and explain reports clearly
- Ability to scope out and define report requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
