About the role
The Change Analyst formally reports to the Enterprise Change Practice which reports to the Enterprise Portfolio Office (EPO) in the Finance & Governance Division. The EPO is responsible for driving Capital Project Investment Governance Assurance and standards across all project Portfolios. This contributes to the Finance & Governance Division which delivers a variety of crucial cooperate services across the AEMO Group.
What you will be doing
Leverage and apply the AEMO Enterprise Change Framework Principles and supporting templates to deliver key artefacts (plans strategies) whilst working with the Enterprise Change Practice and Change Assurance model to ensure required levels of quality and consistency.
Develop and deliver a variety of project artefacts throughout the project lifecycle including:
Develop and deliver all required materials outputs and solutions to deliver Communications Training/Learning and Engagement.
Work with the Project Manager and Change Manager to identify and manage relevant Risks Issues and key Dependences.
Attend and participate in mandatory monthly Enterprise Change Practice Centre of Excellence meetings and any associated reporting.
Where relevant work with Vendors on delivered training and learning materials and ensure all learning and development activities and materials meet the requirements and identified learning outcomes
What you will bring to the role
Experience working at ANY Analyst level across the full range of projects (particularly large scale and complex) supporting Change Management artefacts tools and techniques Change Impact Assessments Planning Communications / Engagement Training / Learning Strategies/Plans Business Readiness Checks and Handovers.
Excellent skills in time management prioritisation speed accuracy and the ability to work across multiple projects in parallel.
Demonstrated experience and confidence in working across a variety of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall Agile and Iterative.
Be a Self-starter with a methodical approach you will have excellent oral and written communication with exceptional stakeholder management skills
