About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury fashion and a strong background in account management and business development. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for managing key luxury accounts and driving the growth of ecommerce channels including highend products such as apparel accessories footwear eyewear and belts etc. You will work closely with luxury brands influencers and internal teams to ensure successful collaborations and digital sales growth.

Position Overview:

The Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding the ecommerce presence for luxury product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry digital sales strategies and strong relationshipbuilding skills to grow the business in a competitive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key luxury accounts establishing longterm partnerships with brands designers and influencers.
  • Work closely with brands to integrate their offerings into ecommerce strategies aiming to boost online sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to secure exclusive deals product collaborations and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the online presence and sales of luxury product categories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch exclusive online collections influencer collaborations and limitededition product drops to increase digital sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends new luxury product opportunities and shifts in consumer preferences.
  • Work with internal teams to forecast trends pinpoint growth regions and ensure the product offering is relevant to online consumers.
  • Set and track performance goals and KPIs to meet ecommerce sales targets.
  • Optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention driving revenue growth through digital platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing product development and digital teams to ensure smooth of campaigns exclusive launches and influencerdriven promotions.
  • Execute promotional events and initiatives that drive ecommerce visibility and sales.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in account management business development or sales within the luxury fashion or ecommerce industries.
  • Indepth understanding of luxury fashion trends and digital sales dynamics in the online marketplace.
  • Proven ability to build strong lasting relationships with luxury brands designers and influencers.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and problemsolving abilities with a focus on managing client relationships and driving online partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills capable of identifying market opportunities and executing business development plans that align with digital sales goals.

This is an individual contributor role and the Account Manager will not have direct management responsibilities. The focus of this position is on driving business growth managing key accounts and executing ecommerce strategies within the luxury fashion sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships optimizing sales and collaborating crossfunctionally but will not be overseeing a team.
