Location: Niemcz Poland
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Competitive base salary performancebased incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and resultsdriven International Key Account Manager to oversee and expand our clients presence in France alongside an Englishspeaking market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors and retailers collaborating with influencers and driving sales growth. If you thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and enjoy direct customer engagement we want to hear from you!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop French market and an additional Englishspeaking region
  • Build and nurture relationships with retailers distributors and key partners in the assigned region
  • Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to strengthen brand presence
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic
  • Travel for business meetings initially several days per month later every 23 months for 45 days

Required Skills and Expertise

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong understanding of sales techniques
  • Fluent in French (B2/C1 level) and English (B2 or higher)
  • Proven ability to build personal relationships with clients including flexible communication beyond standard working hours (e.g. via WhatsApp)
  • Experience in tech IoT electronics or startups (preferred)
  • Dynamic goaloriented professional with a proactive sales mindset
  • Ambitious entrepreneurial and actiondrivenfocused on achieving tangible results
  • Open to constructive feedback and quick to learn from experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and customerfocused decisionmaking
