Job Description

Project Coordinator Global People Operations
This is a contract position.
This is a remote opportunity. 


About this Position

Are you passionate about project management and content creation Do you have experience in HR knowledge management and crossfunctional team collaboration As a Project Coordinator you will support the People Operations Knowledge Management Program ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and help streamline HR operations through effective project management and knowledge sharing!


Job Responsibilities

  • Triage new work intake to ensure alignment with knowledge management goals and activities.
  • Develop and manage project plans timelines and scope for content projects across crossfunctional teams.
  • Coordinate content reviews approvals and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings including kickoffs status updates and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and escalate issues when needed.


Job Skills/Requirements

  • 4 years of project or program management experience in operations customer service or learning & development.
  • Proven experience in content and knowledge management projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong communication skills with experience using content management systems (CMS) and user editing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with evolving responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt as needed.

Pay Range

Salary Range: $4550/hr
