- Your dedication to child safety: Hold or be willing to obtain a paid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Lifesaver in disguise: Be equipped with or willing to obtain Childcare First Aid (HLTAID004 or HLTAID012 and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 to ensure the wellbeing of every child under your care.

As part of the leadership team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Taking the lead in providing exceptional service and stepping up when responsibility calls.

At Active OOSH we value flexibility and recognise that every candidate has unique needs. Therefore we are pleased to offer the leadership role as either 5 days or flexible parttime job share. We believe in promoting worklife balance and ensuring our team members have the flexibility they need to thrive.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday: 6.30am 8.45am & 2.30pm 6.30pm.
During school holidays we have varying shifts between 7.00am 6.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate will vary based on past experience and certifications between $28$37 per hour.
