Our client a key player in the telecommunications and media landscape in North America is looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to join their team. If you have experience in capacity planning scheduling and forecasting this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong Analytical Skills Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights. MS Office Proficiency Expertise in MS Excel, MS Access, and reporting tools. WFM Tools Exposure Knowledge of Aspect/IEX or any standard WFM tools. Communication Skills Ability to articulate insights clearly. 24x7 Availability Willingness to work in a rotating shift environment.
