Job Description
Inside Sales Representative
- Pay:$22 per hour
- Hours:MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Location:Tulsa OK

Position Summary
We are seeking acustomerfocused and detailoriented Inside Sales Representativeto join our team. This role is responsible formanaging customer accounts processing sales orders and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will havestrong communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as theprimary point of contactfor customer accounts managing all interactions via email phone and customer visits.
- Assist customers withorder processing pricing stock availability and delivery updates.
- Process sales orders including assigning job numbers checking inventory and entering data into the system.
- Maintain and updateopen order status reportsfor customers daily.
- Sendshipping documentsto customers and upload required files to customer portals.
- IssueRGA (Return Goods Authorization) and RFA (Request for Authorization)as needed.
- AssistAccounts Receivablewith pastdue invoice collections if necessary.
- Maintain and updatecustomer pricing schedules.
- Scan and organize customerpurchase ordersinto Master Control.
- Provide support for coworkers duties in their absence.
- Performadditional administrative tasksas required.
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma orGED equivalent.
- Minimum ofone year of experiencein a similar role.
- Strongcustomer service and telephone communicationskills.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel Word and Outlook.
- Intermediateoffice skills includingtyping emailing and scanning.
- Strongverbal and written communicationskills.
- Solidmathematical skillsfor pricing and order calculations.
- Ability torun companyrelated errandsas needed.
- Highlyorganized detailoriented and selfmotivated.
- Capable ofhandling multiple tasksin a demanding and fastpaced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Prolongedsitting at a deskfor extended periods.
- Somemoderate liftingof boxes.
- Occasionalkneeling and bendingmay be required.
