AECOM is currently seeking a Electrical Technical Program Manager. The Electrical Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for overseeing the design of post Facility Ready (FR) electrical system upgrades and retrofits. This includes building matrixed design teams from internal design and external design services partners/providers facilitating the creation of a shared plan for the and oversight of design services provided by an external design team in support of construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mission critical design and construction as well new product development and insertion. This is a remote role but NYC area is preferred.
This person will proactively identify organize and lead program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business operational and technical improvements. They will scope phase and lead ambiguous crossfunctional and crossorganizational challenges including delivering downstream change management alongside your stakeholder team. They will ensure alignment of senior crossfunctional and crossorganizational stakeholders. And have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.
