Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager People Growth and Engagement to drive leadership development optimization learning systems and the design and delivery of innovative development programs.  

  • Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement leadership and management development programs to enhance capabilities at all levels of the company.
  • Evaluate and refine existing leadership training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver highimpact learning experiences.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging learning programs using a blend of inperson virtual and digital learning solutions.
  • Ensure learning programs are datadriven measurable and continuously improved based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and leadership development efforts.
  • Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging learning technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in Learning & Development Talent Management or a related field with a focus on leadership and managerial training.
  • Experience working with global teams and implementing enterprisewide initiatives.
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management facilitation and communication skills.
  • Datadriven mindset with experience measuring learning impact.
