Job Overview:
JDJ Pathology Laboratory is seeking a dynamic resultsdriven marketing specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to focus on customer retention organize impactful events and develop strategies to increase brand awareness for our laboratory services. Individual will work closely with the sales and laboratory teams to ensure our branding and marketing efforts align with our business goals and reinforce our position as a trusted innovative pathology provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Retention Strategy:
Develop and execute retention strategies that foster longterm relationships with current clients (doctors hospitals clinics).
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure high levels of service quality and retention.
Create personalized marketing materials newsletters and communication that reinforce the value of JDJ Pathology Laboratorys services and keep clients engaged.
Develop loyalty programs and client appreciation initiatives to incentivize repeat business and strengthen brand loyalty.
Regularly assess and analyze retention metrics including client renewal rates feedback and repeat orders.
Event Planning and Management:
Plan organize and execute a range of events to promote JDJ Pathology Laboratorys services such as medical webinars workshops seminars or industry conferences.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (including pathologists and sales team members) to ensure event content is valuable and relevant to doctors medical professionals and healthcare administrators.
Coordinate logistics vendors and budgets for events ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
Evaluate event success through postevent surveys engagement metrics and followup strategies with an emphasis on increasing customer touchpoints and sales conversions.
Build relationships with industry influencers and speakers to enhance event credibility and expand brand reach.
Brand Awareness and Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that drive awareness of JDJ Pathology Laboratory in the market particularly within histology and cytology.
Work closely with the creative team to design compelling marketing materials (brochures flyers digital ads social media posts) that showcase the laboratorys strengths and services.
Manage online presence including social media platforms email marketing and the company website to highlight successes updates and relevant industry trends.
Use datadriven insights to tailor brand awareness efforts to specific audiences and increase visibility within target markets.
Monitor competitor marketing strategies to stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities for brand positioning.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to client acquisition and retention goals.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on the success of retention programs event initiatives and brand awareness campaigns including KPIs such as client engagement event attendance and brand recognition.
Assist in the development of marketing budgets and manage allocated resources for various campaigns and events.
Continuous Learning and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends tools and technologies particularly those relevant to the healthcare and medical sectors.
Continuously analyze and evaluate marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and recommend improvements or new approaches.
Leverage feedback from clients and event participants to innovate and enhance future marketing activities.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 35 years of marketing experience ideally within healthcare pathology or a related industry. Experience in event planning and customer retention is a plus.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Skills:
Event planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage logistics and engage participants.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot).
