Position: Customer Support Representative (Polish)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through phone chat and email
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 level of Polish and B2 English both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problemsolving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
OFFER:
- Relocation support with a room
- Temporary renewable working contract
- 40 Hours per week work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 5 PM but it might go up until 10 PM on peak seasons
- Two weeks training compensated 50
- Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law with 22 days off per year
- Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months
- Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months
- Permanent contract after 2 years
