Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote retail products and enhance brand presence. To collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive food traffic increase sales and foster customer loyalty within our retail stores and support overall operations.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
FINANCIALS
- Attaining key financials Target (Mimosa Retail strip)
DEVELOP A PROFITABLE
- Hit operational benchmarks to support financial metrics for Mimosa Strip
EXPAND AND ACTIVATE RETAIL GLA
- Closedout pending punch lists and increase leasable GLA
BUILD A REPUTABLE BRAND
- Encourage repeat visits by providing exceptional customer service.
- To be malls of choice for business owners.
- To become top of mind among top 5 developers.
SPECIAL INITIATIVES
- Completion of rehab program of Mimosa Retail Strip.
- High Operational Efficiency.
- Improve cost recovery of FMM & MRS.
- Close coordinate with BD & SPI
- Coordinate with the suppliers/vendors for the incoming /upcoming marketing projects
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- Minimum of two 2 years Marketing related with at least three 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Willing to be assigned in Pampanga
