Tue: 9:30 AM 12:30 PM (company training) & 1:45 PM 6:45 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM 1:30 PM
Sat & Sun: Closed (occasional weekend marketing & annual SuperCamp required)
(Hours can flex as you need to get the job done as long as you are present during business hours.

- Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
- Follow structured protocols to maintain consistency
- Handle key administrative and operational tasks
- Perform insurance verification financial worksheets and billing assistance
- Guide and close patients setting up financial options and payment plans
- Manage scheduling and patient flow for an efficient and enjoyable experience
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and in person
- Assist with marketing campaigns content creation and community outreach
- Participate in occasional weekend marketing events
- Attend annual SuperCamp training for professional development
- Keep the clinic clean organized and professional
- Maintain office inventory and supplies
- Receive ongoing training scripting and continuing education
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detailoriented and comfortable following systems and protocols
Excited about growing with a rapidly expanding company
Experience guiding clients through financial decisions payment plans or service commitments is a plus
Proficiency in technology fast typing skills
Experience in chiropractic or healthcare setting beneficial but not required
A fastpaced exciting and supportive work environment
