Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leadingB2B solution providerwho are looking to recruit Turkishspeaking Onboarding Specialistfor their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.

Position:Onboarding Specialist

Location: Belgrade Serbia

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses (including accommodation)


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and refine training materials and program structures for Game Presenters and Shufflers ensuring comprehensive knowledge of games and procedures.
  • Develop performance improvement plans and set relevant KPIs to drive quality and effectiveness in training.
  • Train staff on specific game procedures and operational controls focusing on compliance with standards and streamlining workflows for seamless .
  • Inspire and encourage employees providing constructive feedback to both individuals and management to support continuous improvement.
  • Design and maintain training programs for employees coordinating with Shift and Team Managers to address individual training needs.
  • Collaborate with Shift and Team Managers to identify training requirements and ensure programs address both individual and team needs effectively.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Patience and a passion for coaching with a commitment to motivating and developing others.
  • Previous experience in iGaming or traditional casino environments is a plus.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for casino dealers or similar roles.
  • Professional certifications or training qualifications related to casino operations or instructional design.
