Role Overview:
- Support class teachers in delivering highquality teaching and learning
- Take responsibility for delivering planned lessons and interventions
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and teachers
What Were Looking For:
- A Level 4 or above HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience working as an HLTA in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
