Perform discovery sessions with stakeholders to clearly identify needs root causes objectives and requirements of operational excellence initiatives
Provide datadriven actionable insights to stakeholders
Design frameworks models processes and structures following Starteks Operational Excellence Model
Deploy projects and initiatives utilizing appropriate tools frameworks and industryproven standards (i.e. Quality Tools DMAIC Design Thinking etc.. Initiatives include but may not be limited to KPI improvement process design process development process reengineering performance improvement capability assessments etc.
Develop project plans including status reports process maps and implementation plans.
Quantify ROI/Impact of initiatives through (quantitative and qualitative)
Ensure sustainability of initiatives postdeployment through regular assessment and validation of control plans
Partner with various stakeholders in deploying agreed improvement initiatives
Manage stakeholder expectations through regular engagements and timely progress communications
Provide consulting services to stakeholders related to operational excellence
Deliver training sessions and workshops to improve data analysis capabilities of employees
Drive continuous improvement mindset and culture across programs supported
Job Requirements
Fluent in verbal and written English (CEFR B2 Level). Strong communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management staff and/or outside contacts.
Able to multitask have demonstrated organizational detail orientation prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Ability to work effectively in a team oriented high demand and fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and effectively communicate progress and problems to coworkers and management.
