Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer the Head of Sales Support is responsible for leading the sales support
department monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts supporting all business units and ensuring that they are
aligned with the overall business objectives. This position ensures efficient support from the sales operations segments
which are fulfillment workforce management & POS management and documentation. The candidate will ensure the
success of the sales network and product & business development teams thru collaboration on various requirements
needed to make the overall efforts successful.

Job Qualifications:

Years of Related Experience: 10 years and up experience

Educational Attainment: Bachelors degree holder / six sigma belt holder is a plus

Field of Study: Marketing Industrial Business Studies/Administration/Management Commerce

Job Specialization: SalesCorporate SalesRetalil SalesFinancial Services

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Competencies: (Knowledge Skill Ability)

  • Degree in Business Management Industrial or Management
  • Engineering. Postgraduate degree is desirable
  • Minimum 10years work experience banking/financial institutions/fintech
  • Knowledge of PC applications including but not limited to
  • Microsoft Project Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Works well in team environment with sound negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional factors
  • Strong presentation skills & excellent at creating PPT presentations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems at strategic and functional level
  • Strong desire in working in a startup environment and comfortable with aways evolving sales processes
