Marketing Manager Platform

Our Marketing team is on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Manager who will take over datainformed marketing strategies for our restaurants & coffee shops.  In this crossfunctional role you will have the chance to cooperate with different teams within efood lead marketing projects and ensure they run smoothly. To thrive in this position you will need strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem and channels.

What you ll do:

• Monitor business and marketing KPIs and propose datainformed marketing strategies 

• Handle ToM budget and propose allocation based on marketing priorities

• Track all key metrics of restaurant marketing monitor performance of campaigns and create indepth reports to evaluate success 

• Be responsible for national campaigns excellence and handle project planning marketing budget and crossdepartmental alignments 

• Propose and implement methodologies that facilitate crossdepartmental collaboration for Restaurant Marketing 

• Evaluate marketing campaigns based on business KPIs and provide valuable insights that can translate into actions

• Stay uptodate with industry best practices emerging marketing trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in marketing strategies

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in Marketing. Previous working experience in the tech industry would be considered a plus. 

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in Economics Computer Science Marketing or a related field.

• Experience with marketing strategies and available channels

• Experience with best practices in marketing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Crossdepartmental experience and project management skills

• Experience with campaign analysis and development of reports that provide actionable insights

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail are considered a must

• Datadriven decision making and creativity 

• Excellent Office Excel skills

• Team spirit adaptability and conflict resolution skills
