Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir einen kreativen und technikaffinen Freelancer der aus unseren Punktwolken & Gebudedaten beeindruckende Videos erstellt. Deine Visualisierungen helfen unseren Kunden komplexe Gebudedaten intuitiv zu erfassen und erlebbar zu machen.

To expand our team we are looking for a creative and techsavvy freelancer who can transform our point clouds & building data into stunning videos. Your visualizations will help our clients intuitively understand and experience complex building data.

Tasks

• Erstellung hochwertiger 3DAnimationsvideos basierend auf unseren Punktwolken & BIMDaten
• Rendering & Postproduktion: Ansprechende Aufbereitung mit Kamerafahrten Texteinblendungen & Highlights
• Integration von Animationen & Effekten um Gebudestrukturen verstndlich darzustellen
• Optimierung & Storytelling um aus technischen Modellen berzeugende Prsentationen zu machen
• Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team um Daten zu erhalten und Feedback in deine Arbeit einflieen zu lassen

• Create highquality 3D animation videos based on our point cloud & BIM data
• Rendering & postproduction: Enhance videos with camera movements text overlays & highlights
• Integrate animations & effects to visually illustrate building structures
• Optimize storytelling to turn technical models into compelling presentations
• Collaborate with our team to receive data and incorporate feedback into your work

Requirements

• Erfahrung mit ScantoBIMVisualisierungen oder 3DModellbasierten Videos
• Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Blender Unreal Engine Lumion oder vergleichbaren Softwarelsungen
• Verstndnis fr Punktwolken CADModelle & BIMDaten (Archicad)
• Kreativitt & technisches Knowhow um 3DModelle in berzeugende Videos umzuwandeln
• Eigenstndige & zuverlssige Arbeitsweise mit einem Gespr fr Storytelling

Nice to have:

• Erfahrung mit VR/AR oder interaktiven 3DAnwendungen
• Kenntnisse in der Immobilien oder Baubranche
• Verstndnis fr Marketing & SocialMediaContent

Experience with ScantoBIM visualizations or 3D modelbased videos

Proficiency in tools like Blender Unreal Engine Lumion or similar software

Understanding of point clouds CAD models & BIM data (e.g. from Revit Archicad)

Creativity & technical expertise to transform 3D models into engaging videos

Independent & reliable work style with a strong sense of storytelling

Nice to have:

• Experience with VR/AR or interactive 3D applications
• Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry
• Understanding of marketing & social media content
