Job Description
Site Supervisor Permanent or Contractor Role
Location: Helensburgh (site based)
Were looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee design and construction projects ensuring quality and compliance at every stage. If you have an eye for detail detail this could be your next role! Whether youre seeking a permanent position or prefer contracting wed love to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Communications Manage NEC4 communications and reply within deadlines.
- Support the PM & QS Help analyse compensation events and provide dispute advice.
- Site Inspections Regular site visits to ensure the contractor meets the scope and quality standards.
- Reporting Produce weekly site reports and keep accurate records of site activities.
- Defect Management Monitor report and issue notices on defects ensuring theyre corrected properly.
- Testing & Commissioning Witness testing activities and ensure quality processes and audits are followed.
Qualifications :
Your Profile:
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in regulated industries and complex stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts (beneficial not essential).
- Understanding of construction methods.
- Confident with digital systems for project info defect recording and reporting.
- Commitment to delivering highquality results.
- Collaborative and teamoriented attitude.
