Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Managers across the Fastmarkets Events Portfolio. This role involves providing administrative support across all Fastmarkets Events enabling the Marketing Managers to spend more time on strategic planning campaign and analysis and gaining an indepth knowledge of their audiences.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maximise effectiveness of community marketing campaigns across delegate speaker and exhibitor/sponsor groups to improve reach and grow delegate bookings
  • Media partner outreach and fulfilment of agreed partnerships. Ensuring that our partners are working as hard as possible to help us sell delegate places.
  • Update websites to make sure that our events shop windows are always changing and uptodate
  • Maintain and update competitor research
  • Organise audience data research/updates and assist with data sourcing
  • Set up reporting systems for each event as the delegate campaign launches (to include quick links to Cvent reports; ataglance email campaign reports)
  • Produce ad hoc data and campaign analysis
  • Respond to delegate queries around topics including ticket discounts
  • Carry out various promotional activities (social media; press releases)

Qualifications :

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated driven and has a passion to be part of a fastpaced successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as being happy to work flexibly.

  • Fluent in English & Bulgarian
  • Selfmotivated and goalfocused
  • Deadlinedriven
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Razorsharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident and personable
  • Computer literate (Excel & Word as standard full training will be given on our other software systems)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: 1 2 years work experience in an office environment (including virtual) would be preferable but this role could suit a bright selfmotivated person who is looking for their first step on the career ladder
  • Education: Educated to degree level preferably in marketing business or languages.
