Job Description
Job Summary:
The Management Trainee (Finance) at CIG Motors Limited will undergo a structured training program designed to develop financial expertise and leadership skills. The trainee will gain handson experience in financial analysis budgeting reporting and compliance while supporting the finance departments operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or earlycareer professionals eager to build a career in finance within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial data collection analysis and reporting.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Learn and apply financial principles including accounting taxation and compliance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements reconciliations and audits.
- Participate in cash flow management and cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand financial operations.
- Support the implementation of financial technology and processes improvements.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
- Contribute to special projects and financial research as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or Economics.
- 02 years of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software like Sage 300.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High level of integrity and willingness to learn.
- Financial analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
