- Knowledge about MS product
- Configuration of Outlook
- Installation of Operating Systems Win XP Win 7 Win 8Win 10/11
- Linux
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Troubleshooting & maintenance of PCs. & Laptops.
- Installation of application software.
- Installation of device drivers & hardware components
- Concept of Network Technology
- Patch Management
- Assets Management.
- AD Server and Firewall Basic knowledge.
- AD server Group Policy DNS and DHCP knowledge.
- HyperV Server understanding(HyperV VM creation Live VM migration).
- OS and hardware related troubleshooting through Event log or other tools.
- Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of the current IT infrastructure setup including network diagrams system configurations.
Qualifications :
B Is Must
BSC.IT Graduate are Preffered
