Job Description

High Level Job Description
Experienced and resultsoriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. In this pivotal role you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions playing a key role in driving project success and delivering tangible business value. You will leverage your strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization (internal and external) ensuring a seamless integration of IT initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing the Business requirements specifications and other associated documents as per the project management methodology. You will need to perform testing of solutions and work with 3rd party vendors to develop and maintain the solution. You will be expected to perform project management activities and provide quality control of work done by junior staff.


Job requirements:
Lead and conduct indepth business process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement cost optimization and automation.
Partner with key stakeholders to elicit document and refine complex business requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear concise and testable technical specifications for development teams.
Manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
Work collaboratively with developers and testers to ensure solutions effectively address business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation.
Leverage data analysis skills to extract actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategic planning.
Create user stories flowcharts and other visual aids to effectively communicate complex requirements.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies continually seeking opportunities to enhance the organizations business analysis capabilities.


Qualifications :

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.

Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex business analysis projects.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering optimal solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Experience working within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology.
Proficiency in business process modelling methodologies (e.g. BPMN).
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
Experienced in project management
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) with experience in business analysis tools (e.g. Visio).
