Job Description
Were looking for a Tenders Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact. Youll lead our endtoend tender response process working closely with various teams and stakeholders to develop compelling and competitive proposals that showcase our capabilities and secure new business opportunities. Its not just about putting together tenders its about telling our story in a way that highlights our expertise passion and the difference were making for the environment.
What Youll Do
- Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and ensure accuracy
- Craft persuasive wellstructured responses that align with evaluation criteria
- Lead proposal strategy development including pricing and value proposition
- Maintain quality control through rigorous review processes
- Build and maintain a repository of tender content and best practices
- Track and analyse tender outcomes to continuously improve win rates
- Stay current with market trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in tender management preferably in our industry
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear engaging content that speaks to the heart of our business.
- Excellent project management skills you know how to stay organised and keep things moving forward.
- Outstanding project management abilities particularly under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels.
- A proactive solutionsoriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
- A degree in Business Marketing Commerce or something similar would be great.
