Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated IT Specialist in Denver Colorado to join our Team. The ideal candidate will assist employees with basic IT needs help and manage our NetSuite ERP platform support system users and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance. This role provides a great opportunity to gain handson experience in business systems ecommerce and IT processes.
You will be expected to:
- Provide basic IT support for the organization including workstation setup software installation and routine maintenance
- Assist in system administration troubleshoot issues and support customization efforts in NetSuite ERP
- Develop test cases execute testing and document results to ensure system changes meet business needs
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data from NetSuite Shopify and Data Warehouse
- Work closely with business units to understand workflows and suggest system improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of system processes configurations and testing results
- Support Technology Manager on adhoc projects and interface with business unit subject matter experts
Qualifications :
- 1 3 years of experience in an IT support function or similar role
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP and/or Shopify is preferred
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Previous experience in apparel/retail industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL JavaScript or NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus
- Degree in computer science information technology or related field is a plus

Salary Range: $base bonus
